A system of high pressure is expected to weaken in the coming days, therefore breezy conditions will begin to gradually subside as we enter the new week. Although no significant rainfall is expected, a brief passing shower is still possible from time to time over parts of the SSS Islands (St. Maarten-Saba-St. Eustatius). Sea conditions will also improve by Tuesday as well. Mariners are still advised to be cautious in the surrounding waters. Winds: are generally from the East at 8 to 16 miles per hour, occasionally gusting up to 20mph. Seas: are moderate with wave heights between 3 to 7 feet -- gradually subsiding to about 5 feet in the next few days.
