Residents (and visitors) are advised to use caution along the road-ways, especially in low lying areas; while Mariners (small boat operators) are urged to travel along the surrounding waters with caution.- Winds: are generally from the East at 10 to 20 miles per hour, with occasional gusts up to 25mph.
- Seas: are moderate to fairly rough with wave heights between 3 to 7 feet, becoming rough by Saturday with waves up to 8ft.
