Local Weather
Partly Sunny & HOT, with an afternooon shower or two.
An area of moisture is moving across the Northeastern Caribbean, therefore increasing the chance for shower activity. These showers are expected to be brief and sporadic in nature over parts of the SSS (and surrounding) Islands. Also, a warm breeze will continue at least for the next 24 hours, while sea conditions are expected to rise slightly above normal. Hence, mariners (small crafts & beach-goers) are urged to use caution when travelling through the surrounding waters and passages.

  • Winds: are generally from the East at 8 to 18 miles per hour, with occasional higher gusts.
  • Seas: are moderate to fairly choppy with wave heights between 3 to 7 feet.

Tropical Weather
Active Storms: None.
* Tropical Storm Sean dissipated over the weekend after brushing past Bermuda on Friday.
* No (new) tropical development is expected to form, at least for the next two days.

Special Weather
None.

Outlook for tomorrow
