Otherwise, sea conditions are forecast to remain fairly rough -- especially along the Northern shores at least until Monday afternoon. Therefore mariners (small boat operators in particular) should exercise caution in the surrounding open waters. Additionally, breezy conditions will remain for the next couple days.
